Martha Pendergast, ABR, GRI, SRS, CBR, C2EX, E-Pro

A top-producing Realtor since 1994 with a steadfast reputation for professionalism and commitment to her clients, Martha is a true professional. Her real estate designations include: ABR, GRI, SRS, CBR, E-Pro, and C2EX. In September of 2019 Martha completed the Professional Standards Tribunal training at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and competed the Ombudsman training at that time as well.  In October of 2020 she earned the coveted National Association of Realtors’ Commitment to Excellence C2EX designation and in early 2021 obtained the ABR Accredited Buyer Representative designation. Martha has a Master’s Degree in International Business from Sophia University in Tokyo, and a BA in Psychology from Trinity College in Washington, DC.

Martha has a long history of service to and membership in the Falmouth community. She has been a member of the Falmouth Garden Club since 1996, and is a member of Chapoquoit Yacht Club, West Falmouth Boat Club, Harbor Head Tennis Club, and Little Island Beach Club. She has volunteered with the Falmouth Garden Club, FHS Sailing Team Boosters, Falmouth Band Parents, VIPS, FCTV13, and the West Falmouth Library. 

In addition to community service, Martha has found ways to give back on a professional level.  She is currently a member of the NAR Land Use Property Rights and the Environment Committee as one of two New England representatives.  She also serves on the MAR Education Committee.  In past years, Martha served on the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Education Committee and on the MAR Professional Standards Committee.
