With a 27-year career as a full time Real Estate Broker, Martha is a top producer known for her professionalism and dedication to her clients. Martha opened her own company after eight years in the business and receiving awards of Top Sales Agent, Top Lister, Top Seller and Top Combined for Kinlin Grover Real Estate in 1999 and being named a member of the President’s Club in 2000. Her daughter, now a college Junior, was just two years old at the time. In addition, Martha has earned several Realtor designations including ABR, GRI, SRS, CBR, E-Pro, C2EX and completed the Professional Standards Tribunal Training as well as the Mediation and Ombudsman Training at the Mass Association of Realtors in 2019. Knowing the importance of giving back professionally, she currently serves on the National Association of Realtors Land Use Property Rights and the Environment Committee and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Education Committee. In past years she has proudly served on the MAR Education and Professional Standards Committee and the Education Committee. Assisting in her local community, Martha served two years on the Falmouth Historic Districts Commission, volunteered with Falmouth VIPS, FHS Sailing Team Boosters, Falmouth Band Parents, Falmouth Community TV13 and has held two executive positions with the Falmouth Garden Club. Martha has a Master’s Degree in International Business from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan and a B.A.in Psychology from Trinity College, Washington D.C.
